BawanyPTC provides its services exclusively to each customer. This means that a design concept once sold to a customer will not be resold to any other customer. The design concepts can be originated by us purely or can be built upon an inspiration or an idea provided to us by teh customer.
Delivery: BawanyPTC delivers its services in 3 milestones. We only proceed to the next milestone once the previous one is approved by the customer. Thus ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. The timeline on these milestones is decided on a case by case basis with each customera. However, it usually takes 1 month to complete all 3 milestones and deliver the complete project to the customer. This is in no way a guarantee that a particular project will take 1 month. The exact time frames can only be committed once a particular project has been discussed in detail with a customer.
Our payment process is also broken down into 3 milestones. The full payment is broken down into 3 payments of 40%, 40% and 20%. Milestones are only proceeded upon when payments have been made.
No solid timelines can be quoted untill a particular project has been discussed with a customer. However, to give you a fair idea, it usually takes 3 to 5 weeks for the pro package to be designed. A solid timeline and a completion date will be provided upon finalizing of the project. However please note that any deviations made from the original assignments during the course of the project may result in extensions of the timeline.
All the designs we make, comes with our brand name in the footer of the design, which links to our site, and you are not allowed to remove it without our permission, although if you still wish to have your design without our brand name, that will cost you additional for removing our branding from the Design.
No solid quotes can be quoted untill a particular project has been discussed with a customer. Prices are strictly determined on a case by case basis and will vary based on the requirements and skills involved in putting the project together. A solid quote can only be provided after discussing the requirements and deliverables of the project. Once a price has been agreed upon by BawanyPTC and the customer, it will be final. However please note that any deviations made from the original requirements or deliverables during the course of the project may result in the price being increased or decreased depending on the changes being made. Also, any changes to be made will only take effect if both BawanyPTC and the customer is in agreement. BawanyPTC will not always entertain such requests once project deliverables have been finalized. These requests will only be entertained depending upon our workload and capacity at the time that the request is made. This measure is being put in place to ensure that such requests do not effect our commitments to other customers.
BawanyPTC is a service provider. We provide web design services which are 100% exclusive and custom made. A website once produced, based on the requirement of a particular customer cannot be sold to anyone else. Therefore, we do not have a refund policy. Satisfaction is guaranteed because our process is designed in a way that websites our designed based on a customer's inpiration and instructions. We do not proceed work to a following step until previous milestones have been approved by the customer. Changes are made in the design until the customer is pleased with it and approves of us going further.
